We know that some athletes train better with a little competition. The small group training allows for groups of 2-6 athletes to pick a skill that they want to work on together, and challenge each other during the training sessions. This small-group training can be used across all aspects of the game: Pitching, Hitting, Infield Play, Outfield Play, and Catching. Our coaches bring their experiences and knowledge gained from playing at the highest levels of the sport. We focus on the fundamentals and mechanics at the base level of every skill, while working all the way to the mental approach with more advanced athletes. Repetition of proper mechanics will develop good training habits, as well as helping with injury prevention.
